Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Horley
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Horley. This role involves working closely with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, supporting them both academically and emotionally.
You will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Help manage behaviour in line with school policies
Build positive and consistent relationships with pupils
Support classroom activities and learning interventions
Experience working with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or within a specialist setting is highly desirable.
