Working closely with the class teacher to adapt learning materials and activities, ensuring all children can participate and feel a part of the classroom community.
Acting as a consistent and trusted adult, you will help facilitate social skills development and provide pastoral care to enhance a pupil's well-being.
Keeping meticulous records of a child's progress, challenges, and successes to provide clear feedback to the SENCO and teaching staff.
