We are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex emotional and behavioural needs in a specialist provision in Burgess Hill.

The successful candidate will:

Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom
Implement behaviour support strategies
Promote emotional wellbeing and resilience
Help create a safe and structured learning environment

Previous experience within SEMH, PRU, alternative provision, youth work or care settings is highly desirable.
