Do you have a genuine passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs? A well-established school in Crawley is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials
Provide emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day
Build trusting relationships with pupils
Monitor progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

Experience supporting vulnerable or at-risk children
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
