Responsibilities
In this key teaching post, you will be crucial to the growth and achievement of your students. Your daily focus will involve adapting curriculum delivery, continuous assessment, and collaborative support.
- Design and execute highly differentiated lessons specifically adapted for students with diverse special educational needs, ensuring engagement and accessibility for every individual.
- Conduct continuous formal and informal assessments to accurately track student development and use performance data to strategically adjust teaching plans.
- Modify learning resources and teaching aids to remove barriers and ensure the curriculum is fully accessible to all learners.
- Engage in close collaboration with teaching assistants, caregivers, and external professional services to provide comprehensive and holistic student support.
- Establish and maintain a positive, well-structured, and fully inclusive learning space, employing highly effective behaviour management techniques.
