Your Role Will Involve:
- Customising the English curriculum and teaching approaches to cater to your student's varied requirements.
- Implementing and adjusting different literacy frameworks to boost student advancement.
- Fostering a secure, encouraging, and welcoming educational setting.
- Forming solid, constructive connections with students, their parents, and fellow staff.
- Applying effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive and attentive environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- At least six months of relevant experience is a must.
- Experience with students who have a variety of special needs-especially Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)-is a significant advantage.
- You must have an Enhanced DBS check or be prepared to apply for one.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
