About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

- Deep understanding of SEMH, Autism, and inclusive, trauma-informed practice
- Exceptional communication, resilience, and people-management skills
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of all pupils
