What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a professional who is resilient, compassionate, and highly organised.
Experience: Proven track record as an HLTA or Lead TA within an SEN setting.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of bespoke communication methods (e.g., PECS, Makaton) and positive behaviour support.
Mindset: A commitment to inclusive education and a passion for removing barriers to learning.
