Role Overview:
Position:SEN Teacher for KS4
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £31,650 - £43,607 per annum
Job type: Full time
Start Date: Immediate
As a Key Stage 4 SEN Teacher, you will design and deliver tailored learning experiences that help students with special needs overcome barriers and achieve success. You'll cultivate an inclusive and adaptive classroom environment, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic development - academically, socially, and emotionally.
Your role includes:
- Develop and deliver engaging and individualised lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of your students.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including therapists, support staff, and parents, to create a holistic support system for each student.
- Utilize your expertise in SEN to create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and independence.
- Be a champion for your students, advocating for their needs and celebrating their achievements.

Ideal Candidate:
- QTS or PGCE holder
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service
- Able to provide 2 professional references
- Previous experience handling SEN children and young people
- Strong communication skills and behaviour management
- Genuine interest in supporting SEN children
