We are seeking an SEN Learning Support Assistant who can bring empathy and creativity to a local school environment.

In this role, you won't just be sitting at the back of a classroom; you will be the key to unlocking a child's potential, helping them navigate their education with a sense of security and joy.

The Role & Rewards

• Location: Benfleet, Essex
• Pay: £90 - £100 per day
• Contract: Long-term opportunities available

• Proactive & Resourceful: You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen. Whether it's creating a bespoke visual timetable or finding a new way to de-escalate a situation, you are always one step ahead.
• A Positive Role Model: You are a happy, stable influence. You bring a "can-do" energy to the classroom, serving as a shining example of kindness and resilience for your students.
• Personal Care Support: You are comfortable and respectful when assisting with personal care needs (such as toileting or feeding), ensuring the student's dignity and well-being are always the priority.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 support for students with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, or physical disabilities.
• Using your resourcefulness to adapt learning materials so they are accessible and engaging.
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and happy classroom atmosphere.
• Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
