What You'll Do:
- Inspire a love for Maths in small classes (with dedicated TA support!), making it accessible and engaging for students who need a different approach.
- Deliver a varied Maths curriculum from Entry Level to GCSE.
- Develop exceptional skills in managing complex behaviours with empathy and consistency, supported every step of the way.
- Grow with us, contributing to curriculum development and becoming an integral part of our supportive team.
We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with a Mathematics specialism (ECTs welcome and encouraged!).
- A genuine passion for teaching young people and a desire to understand their individual needs.
- A strong interest in developing expertise in SEMH/SEND education.
