Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Maths Teacher (QTS) to join a secondary School. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with diverse learning needs in a supportive and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will deliver tailored, engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and promote confidence and progress in Maths.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inclusive lessons within a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum for SEMH students
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, supporting personalised learning goals
- Ensure safeguarding is prioritised and all welfare policies are followed
- Apply therapeutic approaches to support student's emotional and behavioural development
- Collaborate with staff and external tutors to maintain high teaching and behavioural standards
- Implement School policies and uphold Independent School Standards daily

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching Maths to SEN students
- Knowledge of SEN frameworks and EHCPs
- Ability to adapt lessons to individual needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Good communication with students, parents, and staff
- Willingness to use assistive technology
- Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain)
