About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students to support their academic, physical, and emotional well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
Mentoring and guiding students with additional needs.
Assisting with behavior management and resolving issues.
Working as part of a collaborative team.
Communicating effectively with students and colleagues.
Experience working or volunteering with SEN pupils is required, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs or behavioral challenges is essential.
