Role: Teaching Assistant (SEN Experience Required)
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time, Term-Time Only

The Role
You will be instrumental in the classroom, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and assisting teachers. Your contribution is vital to creating a positive and fully inclusive learning environment where all young learners can thrive.
Key Duties include:
Providing tailored one-to-one or small-group support to students with SEN.
Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborating closely with teaching staff and the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator).
Helping to manage classroom behavior and fostering positive social and emotional development.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
Proven experience supporting children with various SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, or SEMH).
A patient, compassionate, and adaptable nature.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (though desirable, these are not mandatory).
