The Role
We are looking for passionate, resilient, and understanding SEN Teaching Assistants to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work alongside teachers, therapists, and nurses to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Supporting pupils in small groups tailored to their social and learning needs.
Implementing personalised learning plans to keep pupils challenged and motivated.
Assisting with the use of our specialist resources.
Providing a safe, nurturing environment where every small victory is celebrated.
