Role and Responsibilities
... - Provide tailored support to teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
- Assist students in mastering curriculum content and developing essential life skills.
- Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes student success.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create individualised learning plans.
- Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and celebrating achievements.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working in a school setting, providing support to students (teaching assistant experience preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of students with SEN and experience supporting learners with diverse needs.
- A calm, patient, and understanding approach, able to adapt to different learning styles and behaviours.
- Immediate availability to start work.
