Key Responsibilities
- Delivering targeted, individualised support to students with a range of SEN requirements.
- Assisting with the implementation of a tailored curriculum to ensure students can access and engage with their education.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Upholding accurate and comprehensive records of student progress and behaviour.
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to achieve learning objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of six months of professional experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school setting.
- A strong foundation of patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for assisting students with SEN.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The capacity to work effectively both autonomously and as an integral part of a team.
- Possession of a valid Enhanced DBS check or a willingness to undergo the application process.
- Proof of legal right to work within the United Kingdom.
