What You'll Be Doing
- Providing one-on-one and small-group support to students with a variety of SEN.
- Working closely with class teachers to implement individual learning plans.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
- Assisting with lesson preparation and student progress tracking.
- Acting as a mentor and guide for students as they work toward their goals.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- At least six months of experience in a similar role within a UK school.
- A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young people.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A current Enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to apply for one.
