Core Duties Include:
... - Supporting the planning and delivery of stimulating lessons, adapting them for diverse learning needs.
- Helping students access the curriculum and develop crucial academic and life skills.
- Cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that boosts confidence and encourages participation.
- Observing and documenting student progress, offering timely feedback and necessary interventions.
What We Require:
- Previous non-teaching support experience within a school environment.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, vital for clear instruction and effective student connection.
- Experience operating in a school setting, including familiarity with personal care.
- The essential ability to maintain patience and a calm demeanor when working with students who have varied learning styles and behavioural needs.
- Must hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be prepared to apply for one immediately.
- Proof of your Right to Work in the UK.
- Immediate availability to start work.
