Your Role
Deliver engaging, adapted lessons aligned with EHCPs and behaviour plans
Use creative methods to boost engagement, communication, and independence
Build trusted relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
Work collaboratively with pastoral, behavioural, and therapeutic staff
Support the emotional and social development of students
Requirements
QTS/QTLS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
Minimum 1 year's experience in an SEN or alternative provision setting
Strong understanding of SEMH, ASC, and behaviour management
Resilience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse needs
