Randstad Education is partnering with well established schools for SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) & PMLD ( Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties) and actively seeking for a Special Educational Needs(SEN) Teacher to provide valuable support to children aged 3-19 facing challenges related to social, emotional, mental health, and diverse learning requirements. Stringent safeguarding measures are in place to guarantee the safety and well-being of all individuals in their living, learning, and working environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching to promote academic, social, and emotional progress for students.
- Support personal care routines when necessary.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
- Monitor and track student progress, reporting to caregivers and parents.
- Encourage independence and confidence in learners.

Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable.
- Proven SEN experience in UK schools.
- In-depth knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and assessment and methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Enhanced DBS on the Updated service or willing to apply for one.
- Immediate starts available.
