Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, individualised lessons based on EHCP targets
- Plan and adapt learning to suit a wide range of abilities and behaviours
- Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and other professionals to support each child
- Foster a safe, supportive environment that promotes emotional regulation and growth
- Track and report progress regularly, using evidence-based strategies
- Encourage independence, resilience, and social development in all learners

Requirements
- QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
- Solid experience working with SEN learners, particularly Autism, SEMH, and ADHD
- Confident in managing behaviour with positive, restorative approaches
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience writing and working towards EHCP goals
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
