Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualised lessons based on EHCP targets
• Plan and adapt learning to suit a wide range of abilities and behaviours
• Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and other professionals to support each child
• Foster a safe, supportive environment that promotes emotional regulation and growth
• Track and report progress regularly, using evidence-based strategies
• Encourage independence, resilience, and social development in all learners
  
  

Requirements

• QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
• Solid experience working with SEN learners, particularly Autism, SEMH, and ADHD
• Confident in managing behaviour with positive, restorative approaches
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience writing and working towards EHCP goals
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
