Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised lessons that align with EHCP outcomes
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs
- Work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and family members
- Support students in developing emotional regulation and resilience
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and development
