You must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

- A current, clear Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one promptly.

- Demonstrable resilience, patience, initiative, and strong classroom leadership skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
In this vital role, you'll be instrumental in the success and development of your students. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and adapting lessons to meet unique needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with diverse special educational needs, ensuring every student is supported.
- Utilise formal and informal assessment methods to track student progress, using this data to inform and adjust your teaching strategies.
- Modify learning materials and resources to guarantee full accessibility for all learners, catering to their unique requirements.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support for each student.
- Foster and maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere, including effectively managing classroom behaviour.
