Your Role:
You will plan and deliver customised lessons for students with Autism, ADHD, and Severe Learning Difficulties, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Tasks:
- Deliver individualised lessons based on P Scales
- Support students with complex needs with patience and care
- Maintain a structured and encouraging classroom
- Assist with personal care as necessary
Your Profile:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- SEN experience in UK schools
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
