We're seeking a confident and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist provision starting this September. This is a full-time position teaching Year 9 pupils working at a Year 7/8 level, following a primary model. The role will initially run for one term, with the potential for a temp-to-perm or permanent placement.
Key Features:
Full-time SEN/SEMH teaching role - Year 9 learners (primary-style teaching)
Deliver Maths, English, PSHE, and Humanities as part of a small class model
Start: September 2025 | Contract: One term initially (extension likely)
Pay based on experience and qualifications
Requirements:
QTS or QTLS essential
Proven experience working in SEN/SEMH education
Ability to differentiate effectively for mixed-ability learners
Strong behaviour management and emotional literacy
Enhanced DBS (update service or willingness to obtain)
