About the Role:
You will be working with children and young adults who have various learning needs such as Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD).

Teaching according to the P Scales framework
Creating a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
Using innovative strategies to manage challenging behaviours
Providing personal care assistance where necessary
Requirements:
- Valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
- Proven experience supporting SEN students
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Full availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
