The Role:
We are recruiting an SEN Teacher to create personalised, engaging lessons for pupils with complex needs including Autism, ADHD, and Severe Learning Difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing a positive, structured environment for learning.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and deliver lessons using P Scales
Offer consistent, compassionate support to pupils
Foster a positive classroom culture
Help with personal care as needed

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous SEN experience in UK schools
Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or ready to apply)
Effective communication and behaviour strategies
Monday-Friday availability
