Role Responsibilities

As a SEN Teacher, you will deliver personalised, inclusive lessons to children with a range of learning needs, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties (SLD/PMLD), and Complex Learning Needs (CLD).

Your Duties Will Include:

Creating and teaching differentiated lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.
Developing and implementing lesson plans that follow the P Scales framework.
Building strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement.
Using creative and resilient teaching strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
Assisting students with personal care routines as needed.

Candidate Requirements

You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
The legal right to work in the UK is required (we cannot offer sponsorship).
You must have a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
Previous experience supporting SEN pupils in UK schools is essential.
Strong behavior management and communication skills are a must.
The ability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, is necessary.
