Responsibilities
As an SEN Teacher, your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs using the P Scales curriculum.
- Implementing effective teaching strategies for diverse learning styles.
- Creating a positive classroom environment through proactive behaviour management.
- Providing personal care and support to students as needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create comprehensive student support plans.
Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven UK experience teaching students with SEN
- Immediate availability for a full-time position
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
