Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Essential Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a foundational requirement.
- Relevant Background: Proven, extensive teaching experience with students presenting various Special Educational Needs within a UK educational environment.
- Knowledge Base: A thorough and up-to-date understanding of SEN codes of practice, different intervention methods, and advanced differentiation techniques.
- Personal Skills: Must be highly patient, resourceful, flexible, and proactive, and demonstrate outstanding capabilities in managing the classroom.
- Compliance: You must possess a current, clear Enhanced DBS check, or be prepared to apply for one without delay upon securing the role.
