What We're Looking For
We need a "people person" who happens to be a great teacher. Specifically:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience (or a deep-rooted interest) in working with ASD, SLD, or Complex Needs.
A "can-do" attitude you're resilient, adaptable, and ready to make a difference from day one.
The ability to collaborate closely with TAs, therapists, and parents to create a holistic support network.
