The Role :
We are looking for an enthusiastic, unqualified SEN Teacher to join our partnered SEN School based in Norwich. As an unqualified SEN Teacher, you will play an essential role in delivering tailored educational support to children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges. You will work under the guidance of qualified teachers and a supportive team to create an engaging, nurturing classroom where students can reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
... - Supporting the planning and delivery of lessons and activities tailored to the individual needs of students
- Assisting in the development of individual learning plans and monitoring progress
- Providing personalised support to students both inside and outside of the classroom
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe and valued
- Collaborating with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching
- A willingness to learn and undertake professional development (training and support will be provided)
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
