Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and advice to teaching and support staff

• Lead professional development opportunities for staff

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent, with evidence of professional development
• Strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs and relevant curricula, including personalised learning plans
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience coaching and mentoring Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
• Proficient in planning, documenting, and assessing student progress
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex behavioural or communication needs
