Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards in teaching and learning quality
- Contribute to school development plans and participate in ongoing evaluations
- Provide professional support and advice to teaching and support staff
- Recommend appropriate resources and teaching materials to school leadership
- Lead professional development opportunities for staff
- Uphold and actively promote the school's vision and values
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent, with evidence of professional development
- Strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs and relevant curricula, including personalised learning plans
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience coaching and mentoring Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
- Proficient in planning, documenting, and assessing student progress
- Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex behavioural or communication needs
