Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards in teaching and learning across SEN provision
• Contribute to School development plans and self-evaluation processes
• Provide professional guidance and support to teaching and support staff
• Recommend resources and teaching materials to the Head of Education
• Lead relevant professional development for staff
• Promote and embody the School's values and mission
  
  

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent with evidence of ongoing professional development
• Strong understanding of SEN frameworks, individualised learning plans, and curriculum adaptations
• Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven skills in coaching and mentoring support staff
• Effective planning, assessment, and progress tracking skills
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex communication or behavioural needs
