Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching within the School's SEN provision
- Collaborate in shaping the School's development strategy and continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and mentorship to teaching assistants and support staff
- Recommend appropriate SEN-specific resources and strategies to the Head of Education
- Lead training sessions to support staff development in SEN practice
- Embody and promote the School's values across the classroom and School community
What You'll Need
- QTS, PGCE or a relevant equivalent qualification
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEN policies, frameworks, and curriculum adaptations
- Proven experience in a collaborative, multidisciplinary School environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills for supporting School staff
- Proficiency in planning, assessment, and progress monitoring
- Experience supporting learners with ASD, communication needs, or behavioural challenges
