Key Responsibilities:
... - Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and resilience
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and other professionals to support pupils holistically
- Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress and behaviour in line with school policies
- Promote pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development alongside academic progress
- Participate in professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by pupils with special educational needs
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Patience, creativity, and a commitment to inclusive education
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs
