We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team. Your day-to-day role will involve delivering creative and person-centred lessons to a small group of up to 8 learners in a pre-formal class. We welcome applications from both Primary and Secondary teachers, and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Your Role Will Include:
- Providing excellent delivery, teaching, and course leadership to learners across the school.
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and young people we support.
- Working with pupils to ensure they receive services that deliver the outcomes specified in their individualised, person-centred plans.
- Preparing and delivering schemes of work, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in line with departmental and awarding body requirements.
- Working collaboratively with allied health professionals as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
Our learners are mostly pre-verbal or use assistive communication systems. They follow different pathways depending on their needs and strengths (pre, semi, and formal). More details about our curriculum delivery can be found on our website.
