What You'll Be Doing: Holistic Support & Future Planning
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive, forward-thinking curriculum:
Core Subject Support: Work in small classes to deepen pupils' knowledge in reading, writing, mathematics, and science.
Wider Curriculum: Support pupils in subjects like history, philosophy, ethics, bushcraft, and life skills.
Employability Skills: Help students make positive life decisions, work towards gaining qualifications, and build employability skills for their chosen careers.
Team Collaboration: Join a highly collaborative team of support staff and teachers, working together to ensure high levels of personalised support.

Essential Details & Requirements

Hours: Full-time, term-time basis (Monday-Friday). Applicants must be available 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
Experience: Previous experience in childcare, school support, care, or SEN is highly desirable.
Qualifications: Must have a GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
Eligibility: Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
