Proven Experience: At least 6 month to 1 year of experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism, brain injury, and complex needs.
Behavior Management Expertise: A demonstrated ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and adapt teaching strategies for nonverbal learners.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, staff, and parents.

Relevant Qualifications (Advantageous): Pass grade in GCSE Maths and English.
