Who are you?
- Proven experience working with young people with Autism.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and calmly.
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
What are you going to do?
As a Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised support to students with Autism. This will include assisting with classroom activities, implementing behaviour management strategies, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement learning plans and monitor student progress. The Teaching Assistant role is crucial in helping students reach their full potential. The Teaching Assistant will also support the class teacher in a variety of tasks, such as preparing materials and resources. The Teaching Assistant is a crucial part of the classroom team and this role is for a Teaching Assistant
