They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, term-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN to help them access the curriculum and meet learning objectives
- Assist teachers in delivering individual education plans (IEPs) and modifying learning resources based on student's needs
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to support student development
- Monitor student progress and share feedback with the class teacher and SENCO
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an SEN setting
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with students, staff, and families
- Patience, empathy, and resilience in working with students who may require additional support
- Relevant training or qualifications in SEN support (preferred but not essential)
