Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Experience: Proven experience (at least 1 year) working with children with special educational needs is essential.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a patient and empathetic nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Passion: A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications: While relevant qualifications (e.g., a Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable, they are not essential. A passion for supporting students and relevant experience are key.
