Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day classroom support for students with special educational needs
- Assist in creating and adapting resources to match individual learning styles
- Deliver structured interventions under teacher guidance to help students meet their targets
- Encourage student independence while offering consistent emotional and academic support
- Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a school setting
- A positive, empathetic, and resilient attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Two professional references to confirm experience and suitability
