Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day classroom support for students with special educational needs
• Assist in creating and adapting resources to match individual learning styles
• Deliver structured interventions under teacher guidance to help students meet their targets
• Encourage student independence while offering consistent emotional and academic support
• Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a school setting
• A positive, empathetic, and resilient attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
  
  
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Two professional references to confirm experience and suitability
