In this role, you will play a key part in supporting classroom learning, assisting pupils with additional needs, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
Deliver one-to-one and small group support to enhance student learning
Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons and maintaining classroom organisation
Assist with supervision during break times, lunchtimes, and educational trips
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, patient, and caring approach when working with children
A positive attitude and strong team ethic
A valid DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
Previous experience working with children in a school environment
Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar child-focused role is advantageous
