We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant SEN School community in King's Lynn. This role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering adapted learning activities
- Supporting students with their personal, emotional and social development
- Encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviour
- Helping with personal care and mobility, where necessary
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Contributing to classroom organisation and resource preparation
- Engaging in regular professional development and training opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN or care setting
- A patient, caring, and flexible attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and a proactive approach to challenges
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
