Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)? Do you thrive in a supportive and specialised educational environment?
Our school is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualised teaching for pupils aged 4-19 with ASC. Our approach is rooted in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), delivering highly specialised, autism-specific input designed to meet each pupil's unique needs. We are currently registered for 40 pupils and operate Primary, Secondary, and Sixth Form classes.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a school that truly puts the pupil at the heart of everything we do.

- Work closely with a pupil's allocated 'key worker' to ensure the smooth day-to-day organisation of their individualised program.
- Assist in the implementation of teaching programs based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
- Contribute to creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and class staff.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about working with children and young people with ASC.
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASC or in a SEN environment is highly desirable, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to be part of a highly specialised and supportive school environment.
- Professional development opportunities in Applied Behaviour Analysis and autism-specific teaching.
- A chance to make a genuine and lasting impact on the lives of our pupils.
