About the Role:
In this role, you'll be working closely with students who may have Autism, ADHD, PMLD, SLD, or other special educational needs. You'll support both their academic progress and personal development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support in class
- Helping students stay focused and engaged in learning
- Adapting resources and communication methods as needed
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Assisting with personal care tasks, if required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (essential)
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
- Confidence working in a classroom environment
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm)
