Core Responsibilities
          ... - Aid in the preparation and delivery of stimulating lessons customised for a diverse range of student capabilities.
- Help students grasp the curriculum content and cultivate vital academic competencies.
- Cultivate a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages involvement and a passion for education.
- Monitor and document student development, offering necessary support and constructive feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practical, non-teaching experience in a school setting supporting students.
- Excellent proficiency in both verbal and non-verbal communication for delivering instructions and discerning student requirements.
- Prior familiarity with a school environment and experience with personal care duties.
- The capacity to maintain composure and forbearance when interacting with students who present diverse learning paces, requirements, and behaviours.
- An active Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or a readiness to promptly initiate a new application.
- Legal entitlement to work in the UK.
- Availability to begin work immediately.
