The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant in our partnered SEN School, you'll support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and communication challenges. Working under the guidance of experienced teachers and therapists, you will help to deliver tailored support that enables students to access learning in a way that works for them.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
... - Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
- Assisting with the implementation of individual learning plans and behaviour strategies
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive social interaction
- Providing support with personal care and communication, where required
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
About You:
- You have a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs and helping them overcome challenges.
- You are patient, empathetic, and able to adapt to the unique needs of each student.
- You are committed to promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Experience in working with children with SEN is desirable, but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills within the role is essential.
